Parkway Court Apartments
One of our latest home staging projects is located in the quaint mid-town Toronto. The building that houses the Parkway Court Apartments was designated as a historic site. Built in 1930’s, this complex is identified by its blend of Classical and Gothic elements which are examples of the Period Revival design, popular in 1990’s.
This apartment has great vintage details – arched doorways, exposed radiators and french doors that lead into the dining room. While staging the home, we wanted to preserve the historic feel of the interior in every room. White big couch and vintage blue chairs complete the living room without overwhelming it. For the bedroom, we opted for a statement headboard and a modern chair to play up the textures.
